Joe spent hands on time with each person. Focus on skills in a way that I hadn't seen before by others.

Joe was very organized and made sure to keep the drills moving so the players were kept busy. It's the first time I've seen my players being shown how to hold their sticks properly. During drills if they slipped back to old habits and Joe saw, he would remind them of how to be holding their stick. Lots of one on one attention which is exceptional considering there were 24 kids in the group.

One of the best camp's we've done. Finally someone was able to provide my kids with the technical side of how to use their stick for passing, shooting and stick handling.

Hey Joe ! Just a little fyi for ya... my son Shane the AA peewee dude was just in GrandForks tourney and he shot a slapshot from the blue line and scored "fivehole" he had several shots on net as a defenseman and the team renamed him JOE WEST!!!  Thanks for the training sure paid off!

I have worked closely with Joe West in minor hockey and in coaching
professionals in Germany.
We both were involved  in the Lower Saxony U14 and U15 programs and both of us coached the Hannover Indians in the 3rd Division.
Joe was always interested in teaching skill development with the younger
players and also the pros, he always said that the best players in any league whether pro or amateur are the players with the highest amount of skill.
I am not surprised to see that Joe is turning into a top Skill
Development Instructor as he has a passion to teach and he also was a
highly skilled player with a top work ethic.
