Skill development training camp with a main focus on teaching proper shooting technique
100 minutes ice time daily
50% learning proper fundamentals with lots of repetitions
30% learning by doing game like situation drills
20% 3 on 3 cross-ice scrimmage or competition
1st day Wrist/Snap shot
2nd day Slap shot
3rd day Backhand shot and deflections
4th day One timers and Direct shots
5th day Review of previous 4 day's and 1 hr game
